Mumbai: Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt told the TADA court that he wanted to withdraw the application seeking to surrender before Yerwada Jail authorities in Pune.

Subsequently, the TADA court allowed Dutt to withdraw the application seeking to surrender before Yerwada Jail. Dutt's lawyers said the actor would surrender before TADA court in Mumbai on Thursday.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court declined a plea from a film producer, seeking more time for actor Sanjay Dutt to surrender and undergo his remaining three-and-half-year jail term in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case.

A Bench of justices B.S. Chauhan and Dipak Misra refused to hear the plea of the producer, who said Dutt had to complete two films under production.
