Perceived as an apparent move against the Maran brothers, whose Sumangali Cable Vision (SCV) holds near monopoly in the multi-million rupees cable business in the state, Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa had promised in her party manifesto for the April 13 polls the revival of ACTCL.
