Gisele Bundchen, Tom Brady selling Boston house
London, Oct 14 (PTI) Supermodel Gisele Bundchen and husband Tom Brady are now making a second attempt to sell their plush Boston penthouse.
The couple have put the home - where Bundchen gave birth to son Benjamin in December 2009 - on the market for USD 10.5 million, reported Daily Mail online.
Bundchen and her NFL player husband pay taxes of USD 73,214 a year on the property, plus USD 8,218.38 in service charges, according the the Multiple Listings Service.
The 5,311sq feet home is located in the Black Bay neighbourhood of Boston in Massachusetts. It has stunning views overlooking the Charles River and the two-floor pile comes complete with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
The vintage limestone abode also boasts a grand living area on the top floor with two gas fireplaces. The kitchen is designed around a central island and there is a living room with a third fireplace.
Other features include a staircase leading out on to a landscaped roof area with panoramic views. And the garage has enough space to park four cars.
BJP leader Subramanian Swamy criticised the Aam Aadmi Party for taking support from the Congress. Swamy said that the AAP has committed suicide by opting for an alliance with the Congress.
