Kim Kardashian sells Beverly Hills pad for USD 5mn
London, Feb 18 (PTI) Pregnant reality TV star Kim Kardashian has sold her five-bedroom fully furnished Beverly Hills abode for just USD 5 million.
The 32-year-old ''Keeping Up with the Kardashians'' star, who bought the Mediterranean-style home in 2010 for USD 4.8 million, has sold the 4,000-square-foot abode with every piece of furnishing including couches, mirrors, coffee tables and rugs, reported Daily Mail.
The mansion has five bedrooms, four baths alongwith featuring several living areas, a media room and a spa. The entry way is two stories high with dark hardwood floors.
Kardashian, who is pregnant with rapper Kanye West''s baby, is currently planning to renovate a new USD 11 million Bel Air home.
The couple are already planning on doing some extensive work on the private gated property, including building an entire new salon.
