Hugh Hefner''s longtime assistant dies
Los Angeles, Jan 29 (PTI) Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner has paid tribute to his longtime assistant following her death.
The adult magazine tycoon took to his Twitter page to share the sad news about Mary O''Connor, who was his secretary for more than 40 years and appeared on his reality TV show ''The Girls Next Door'', reported E! online.
He tweeted, "Mary passed away today. We loved her more than words can say."
''The Girls Next Door'' stars Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett and Bridget Marquardt all took to Twitter to give their condolences, along with Hefner''s new wife, Crystal Harris.
Madison wrote, "Rest In Peace Mary."
Harris said, "Hef''s long time secretary & my dear friend Mary O''Connor has passed away. It''s a very sad day here at the Playboy Mansion. We love you Mary."
The 86-year-old Playboy boss previously credited O''Connor with helping him reconcile with Harris after his bride-to-be called off their 2011 wedding just days before the ceremony.
