Gwyneth Paltrow snubs lead roles for kids
London, Dec 8 (PTI) Actress Gwyneth Paltrow says she turns down lead movie roles to focus on motherhood.
The 40-year-old Oscar winner''s Hollywood career has taken a backseat since she became a mother to Apple, eight, and Moses, six, with the star taking on smaller roles in the ''Iron Man'' film series and TV show ''Glee'', reported Daily Star.
Paltrow said she deliberately tackles just one supporting job a year, because she cannot juggle back-to-back filming with caring for her kids.
"I look for an interesting supporting part about once a year. That''s the most I can manage. Some women can do it and that''s fantastic, but I can''t. You make choices as a wife and mother, don''t you? You can''t have it all," she said.
