One shot dead in Pakistan
Islamabad, Nov 19 (PTI) One person was killed when unidentified gunmen attacked a Karachi-bound bus in Quetta city of southwest Pakistan today, police officials said.
Three gunmen, who were riding a motorcycle, opened fire at the bus at Saryab Road on the outskirts of Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province.
The conductor of the bus was hit by several bullets and died while being taken to hospital, police said.
The assailants escaped after the attack.
Law enforcement personnel cordoned off the area and launched a search.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack. PTI RHL
