There are all sorts of seafood restaurants, steak houses and vegetarian specialists – but the next big thing is insects, according to French chef Elie Daviron. New restaurant 'Le Festin Neu' (The Naked Feast) opened in Paris's fashionable 18th arrondissement this week and is the first eatery in the French capital to incorporate insects in its menu. Grasshoppers, beetles, anything goes.
