If you're a bottled water enthusiast, be careful not to break out that plastic water container in the town of Concord, Massachusetts. A law has gone into effect in the colonial town making serving single-serving bottles of water illegal. The ban is the brainchild of 84-year-old activist Jean Hill, who says that the bottles create plastic pollution when they end up in landfills and costs consumers money by making them think they need to pay a higher price for something they can just get from their tap at home.
