Homemade plane — Made in China
A farmer in the Hubei province made an aeroplane at his home in eight months. The 4.5-meter-long (15ft) ultralight, powered by two motor engines, took Shu eight months to build and cost him 5,000 yuan ($733). The plane was in the skies for some seconds before crashing into a neighbourhood compound.
