Flames engulf a major oil depot in Jaipur on Friday. The blaze at the Indian Oil Corporation facility on the outskirts of Jaipur in Rajasthan swiftly spread out of control killing at least 12 people and injuring scores more, officials and emergency workers said. Rajasthan police chief Harish Meena told reporters that an "oil leak in a pipeline" appeared to have been the cause of the fire. AFP
