When the God will Take Birth in India to Save from the greedy Politicians and so called Public Servant as Bureaucrats? who are cheating everyday and collecting wealth to deposit in Swiss banks or for Election fund?

I would like to say the Planning commission for NH road Transport division of india And other Land Acquisition Matters , what is the policy to pay the compensation to the victims of widening the NH on Govt Price, It should be given four times of the Market actual price to compensate the unfortunate land owners who's constitutional right is involved? Ultimately the PPP will collect Toll tax and other commercial facilities from users of the High way in India . Please take it in Positive manner. I would like to have comments from India Govt. On this point.
