Govt of S''pore, Amansa Cap buy nearly 22 lakh D B Corp shares
Mumbai, Nov 12 (PTI) Government of Singapore and Amansa Capital PTE Ltd today acquired a total of 21.88 lakh shares of media firm D B Corp in a deal worth Rs 44.86 crore through open market transactions.
As per the bulk deal data available with the BSE, Government of Singapore purchased 10.05 lakh shares of the D B Corp in a deal valued at Rs 20.61 crore.
Another 11.83 lakh scrips of the media firm were bought by Amansa Capital PTE Ltd for Rs 24.25 crore.
The shares were acquired at an average price Rs 205 apiece.
On the BSE, the shares of D B Corp were up 0.43 per cent to settle at Rs 209 apiece.
